6. International Data Transfers
Webflow is based in the US, which means some data (such as your IP address when visiting our site) may be transferred outside the EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on:

- The EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable
Brevo stores and processes newsletter subscriber data within the EU.
7. Newsletter & Unsubscribing
Our newsletter is sent through Brevo. When you subscribe:
- Your email address is stored in our Brevo contact list.
- Brevo may track email opens and link clicks to help us improve our communications.
- You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.
- Upon unsubscription, your email will be removed from our active mailing list within 30 days.
All emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, meaning every email includes a clear unsubscribe mechanism and our contact information.
8. Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. Once you unsubscribe, your email will be removed from our active Brevo contact list within 30 days. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data (such as total subscriber count) for analytics purposes.
